Yes! 2020 was the year to embrace the ‘virtual venue’, and we’re continuing to proudly offer our them!
Why use a bartending service over a standard caterer?
This is our profession, and all we do. Bartending is a passion for customer service in addition to putting the best thing into the glass. Anyone can make a gin and tonic, but a great bartender can elevate that experience. We care about the flavors as well as the experience. This isn’t just a job. It’s a passion.
Can you deliver the booze?
We can pick up and bring purchased alcohol for a nominal fee, or suggest businesses that will deliver for you.
Who hires a bartending service?
Anyone who would rather participate in their event than work at it.
Could you make a signature drink for my event?
Absolutely! That is our specialty! We can tailor a drink to your day, your tastes, or a special beverage that celebrates your company. While it’s not a necessary part of planning an event, we really think a signature cocktail is just the most fun.

Can the trailer go anywhere?
We will need enough space to fit the trailer (see above dimensions) as well as room to drive up with the tow vehicle, and pull away once the trailer is disconnected. Always contact your venue to check their rules on mobile bars.
What does craft cocktail mean?
A craft cocktail is a higher quality beverage than the bulk purchased, sometimes lesser quality spirits and mixer. Craft cocktails are built by knowledgable drink enthusiasts who love to share the joy of a great drink, well-made.
Does this mean we have to buy a bunch of expensive bottles?
Absolutely not! Because we are so experienced in the industry, we know all the very best brands to buy that won’t break the bank. (Although, we’re also happy to suggest the impressive bottles that will really knock your high-minded whiskey-snob’s socks off.) We’ll come up with a list and you can find who offers the best prices for purchase. We’re also happy to handle the leg work through our preferred liquor vendor.

Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely, completely and entirely. Because of Minnesota State law, we do hosted bar only. That means we serve cocktails, but we don’t sell them.
Do you travel outside of the Twin Cities?
We sure do! Let’s talk about where we’re going! We include 50 miles of round trip travel from Minneapolis with all of our events. A $2/mi travel fee will be added for anything beyond 50 miles.
What kind of alcohol do you provide?
We will work together to identify the best spirits, beer and wine to serve. Because of licensing, you will need to purchase your own booze, but this is an opportunity for savings. Most businesses make their money in the booze mark up. Buying it outright, and picking which spirits you’d like to serve not only gives the guest a more tailored drinking experience, but it’s a chance to keep an eye on that budget. We can also handle the liquor order facilitation for you - just ask!
Does my event have to be a certain guest count?
We handle intimate in-home parties and huge events for hundreds of people. No matter the headcount, it would be a delight to work on your behalf.
Can I hire a bartender for happy hour?
We call it the #HappiestHour. Equal Parts Cocktail Co. can set up inside the office and deliver an outstanding way to end a work day or spoil that most important client.
What’s your pricing?
It’s so customizable. It depends on the experience that will best serve your event. Every event has a budget and challenges to meet that amount. The beauty of hiring Equal Parts is that we are guest-focused, experienced, and prepared to design a delightful service and beverage experience for each person at your event, while keeping a hard eye on your bottom line. Wherever possible, we build in savings opportunities without sacrificing quality. In many instances, we are cheaper than full catering companies, with higher quality products and hospitality.
