We’ll come directly to you (in Minnesota and surrounding areas). Whether you’re an advanced barkeep looking for cool techniques to take those flavors to the next level, or you have never even considered whether to shake or stir, this cocktail class will meet you at your skill level.
THE NITTY-GRITTY
Our In-Person Cocktail Classes last for approximately 1.5-2.5 hours ( but can be customized to fit your event timeline perfectly).
During our cocktail class we will guide your guests through the history of bartending and cocktails, discussing key techniques for making killer cocktails at home. We’ll chat about ice, dilution, bitters, citrus, bar tool etiquette, etc.
We’ll shake cocktails, we’ll stir cocktails, we’ll laugh, we’ll drink, we’ll become friends.
We’ll provide everything for you. All ingredients and bar tools necessary for the cocktail class, you and your guests simply show up ready for a great time!
THE DAMAGE
Our In-Person Cocktail Classes are priced at $75 per guest* ($1,000 minimum Sunday-Thursday - $1,500 minimum Friday-Saturday).
(per-person price breaks come at class sizes of more than 50 guests)
*Our pricing does not include the cost of alcohol, which is a separate purchase, directly from a liquor store. We work closely with Solo Vino in St. Paul, MN to offer all of our clients a 10% discount on their entire liquor purchase. The cost of alcohol for the class typically hovers around $5-8 per guest, and will be invoiced separately and paid directly to Solo Vino LLC and will be in addition to our per person charge.
